About Us - Premium Ibogaine Merchant

Premium Ibogaine Merchan – About Us

Premium Ibogaine Merchant is a Cameroon-based botanical and agricultural enterprise focused on the cultivation, preservation, responsible sourcing and supply of iboga-related products for legitimate scientific and research purposes.

The company was established on 2 January 2026 and is headquartered in Nomayos, Yaoundé, Centre Region of Cameroon. Under the direction of Wiradzem R., Premium Ibogaine Merchant is being developed with a long-term vision that combines agricultural production, botanical preservation, responsible natural-resource management and international research supply.

Our work is built around a simple principle: the development of valuable botanical resources should go hand in hand with responsible agriculture, environmental preservation, local economic participation and respect for applicable laws.

Iboga, and particularly Tabernanthe iboga, is a plant of significant botanical, cultural and scientific interest. As international research into iboga alkaloids continues, we recognize the importance of establishing supply systems that are transparent, traceable and environmentally responsible.

Our objective is therefore not simply to supply botanical material. We aim to develop a structured agricultural and sourcing operation in Cameroon that supports the long-term availability of the plant while creating meaningful opportunities for local communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop a responsible and sustainable supply network for iboga-related research materials while contributing to agricultural development and conservation in Cameroon.

We seek to achieve this by combining cultivation with appropriate agricultural practices, responsible stewardship of natural resources and the development of professionally managed farming operations.

Our activities are centered on several key objectives:

  • Cultivating Tabernanthe iboga through responsible agricultural practices.

  • Nurturing and preserving iboga plants for long-term availability.

  • Developing agricultural land dedicated to sustainable botanical production.

  • Creating employment opportunities for local communities.

  • Supporting responsible management of natural resources.

  • Developing a traceable supply chain for legitimate research purposes.

  • Supplying qualified and appropriately licensed research clients internationally.

  • Operating in accordance with applicable Cameroonian requirements and relevant international standards.

Our approach recognizes that the future of iboga depends not only on demand but also on how the plant is cultivated, harvested, processed, documented and supplied.

Our Location in Cameroon

Premium Ibogaine Merchant is based in Nomayos, Yaoundé, Centre Region of Cameroon.

Cameroon provides an important environment for agricultural development because of its diverse ecological zones, extensive agricultural communities and considerable biodiversity. The country’s different regions offer varying climatic and soil conditions that can support different agricultural activities.

Our long-term agricultural vision extends beyond our headquarters. We intend to develop and manage farming activities across selected areas of the Centre, East and West Regions of Cameroon, subject to appropriate land, agricultural and regulatory considerations.

This regional approach is intended to create a broader agricultural network rather than concentrating production in one location.

By establishing farming activities across multiple areas, we aim to develop a more resilient cultivation model while creating opportunities for people living in rural communities.

Our Director

Premium Ibogaine Merchant is directed by Wiradzem R., who oversees the company’s strategic direction and long-term development.

The leadership vision is based on establishing a professionally managed enterprise around the responsible cultivation and supply of iboga-related botanical materials.

Our management philosophy places importance on:

  • Responsible agricultural development

  • Environmental stewardship

  • Regulatory awareness

  • Product traceability

  • Research-oriented supply

  • Community participation

  • Long-term sustainability

As the company develops, these principles are intended to guide relationships with agricultural workers, researchers, professional buyers, local communities and other stakeholders.

Cultivation and Agricultural Development

Developing Iboga Cultivation in Cameroon

One of our principal objectives is the cultivation of Tabernanthe iboga.

Cultivation is an important part of our long-term strategy because responsible agricultural production can provide an alternative to relying exclusively on wild plant populations.

Our cultivation activities are intended to focus on nurturing plants from appropriate propagation material, maintaining healthy growing conditions and developing agricultural systems that can support the plant over the long term.

Iboga is a perennial botanical species associated with humid tropical environments. Establishing successful cultivation therefore requires patience, appropriate site selection and careful attention to plant health.

We do not view cultivation simply as a means of producing a commercial crop. We see it as an opportunity to establish a managed botanical resource that can contribute to both supply continuity and conservation.

Nurturing and Preserving the Plant

The long-term preservation of iboga is central to our agricultural objectives.

Plant resources can become vulnerable when commercial demand grows faster than natural regeneration. For a plant in which the roots have historically been particularly important, responsible cultivation and resource management become especially significant.

Our approach emphasizes the development of cultivated populations, responsible agricultural practices and preservation of planting material.

As our agricultural operations expand, we aim to establish systems that support:

  • Healthy plant development

  • Sustainable propagation

  • Appropriate land management

  • Soil stewardship

  • Responsible water management

  • Protection of surrounding ecosystems

  • Long-term agricultural productivity

We believe that responsible commercial activity should contribute to the continued existence and availability of the botanical resource on which that activity depends.

Preservation of Nature and Natural Resources

Agriculture With Environmental Responsibility

Environmental preservation is one of the fundamental objectives of Premium Ibogaine Merchant.

Cameroon is home to significant biodiversity and a wide range of ecosystems. Agricultural expansion therefore needs to be approached carefully, particularly where valuable natural habitats may be affected.

Our objective is to develop agricultural land through proper agricultural procedures, with consideration for soil health, water resources, biodiversity and the surrounding environment.

We aim to avoid treating agricultural land simply as a short-term production asset. Instead, our long-term objective is to build productive farms that remain agriculturally viable while minimizing unnecessary environmental pressure.

Responsible Resource Management

Natural resources are finite. Responsible resource management therefore forms part of our company’s broader operating philosophy.

Where applicable, our agricultural activities are intended to consider:

  • Soil conservation

  • Appropriate land preparation

  • Responsible water use

  • Vegetation management

  • Protection of surrounding habitats

  • Sustainable agricultural inputs

  • Responsible waste management

  • Long-term land productivity

The exact agricultural methods used may vary according to the region, soil characteristics, climate and development stage of individual farms.

Our objective is to continuously improve agricultural practices as our cultivation program develops.

Creating Employment Opportunities in Cameroon

Investing in Local Communities

A major objective of Premium Ibogaine Merchant is to create employment opportunities for local people through agricultural development.

Our vision includes establishing hectares of farmland across selected areas of the Centre, East and West Regions of Cameroon.

Agricultural development can create opportunities at multiple stages of the supply chain, including:

  • Land preparation

  • Nursery and propagation work

  • Planting

  • Farm maintenance

  • Harvest-related activities

  • Processing and post-harvest handling

  • Packaging

  • Logistics

  • Farm administration

  • Quality-control support

As the company expands, our goal is to prioritize appropriate opportunities for people within the communities surrounding our agricultural operations.

We believe that a botanical supply chain should generate value at its source, rather than concentrating all economic benefits at the final stage of international trade.

Building Agricultural Skills

Employment is only one part of our community-development objective.

Where practical, agricultural operations can also provide opportunities for workers and local partners to develop experience in nursery management, plant cultivation, environmental stewardship, harvesting practices and agricultural administration.

Over time, our vision is to build a knowledgeable agricultural workforce capable of supporting responsible botanical cultivation in Cameroon.

Our Commitment to Quality and Traceability

From Cultivation to Supply

Quality begins long before a product reaches a customer.

For botanical materials, factors such as plant identity, geographic origin, cultivation or harvesting practices, processing, storage and documentation can all affect the quality and consistency of the final material.

For this reason, we aim to build traceability into our operations as the company develops.

Where applicable, our supply documentation may address:

  • Botanical identity

  • Plant material supplied

  • Geographic origin

  • Cultivation or sourcing information

  • Batch identification

  • Processing information

  • Storage conditions

  • Applicable analytical documentation

  • Relevant compliance documentation

The specific documentation available for a particular product will depend on the product, destination and applicable regulatory requirements.

Our objective is to make professional buyers and research clients better informed about the material they are evaluating.

Responsible International Supply

Premium Ibogaine Merchant has a global outlook. Our objective is to supply qualified research clients internationally while maintaining appropriate controls around the movement of botanical materials.

International supply involves more than arranging transportation from Cameroon to another country. Depending on the material and destination, additional requirements may apply to export, import, phytosanitary controls, controlled substances, research materials and other regulated categories.

We therefore aim to operate with appropriate attention to the laws and requirements applicable to each transaction.

Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility

Cameroon Standards and Laws

Premium Ibogaine Merchant is committed to developing its policies and documentation in accordance with applicable Cameroonian standards and laws.

Because regulations can differ depending on the nature of the botanical material, its intended purpose, processing status and destination, compliance is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time exercise.

Our policies and documentation are intended to support appropriate procedures covering areas such as sourcing, agricultural operations, product documentation, commercial transactions and international supply.

Where specific authorization, licensing, certification or government documentation is required, transactions are intended to be conducted subject to the applicable requirements.

International Requirements

Because our intended market includes qualified research organizations and individuals internationally, we also recognize the importance of applicable laws in destination jurisdictions.

Different countries may regulate iboga, ibogaine, botanical extracts or related materials differently.

Consequently, international buyers are responsible for ensuring that their intended purchase, importation, possession and research activities comply with the laws applicable to them.

Premium Ibogaine Merchant’s international supply model is therefore based on the principle that legal eligibility must be considered on both sides of an international transaction.

We do not represent that a product is universally legal simply because it is available for export from Cameroon.

Research-Focused Supply

Who We Supply

Our products are intended for research purposes and qualified, appropriately licensed individuals or organizations only, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

We recognize the distinction between legitimate scientific research and unrestricted consumer distribution.

Our intended clients may include appropriately qualified:

  • Research institutions

  • Scientific organizations

  • Laboratories

  • Pharmaceutical and biotechnology researchers

  • Universities

  • Other professionally qualified research entities

Client eligibility, documentation and transaction requirements may vary depending on the product, destination and applicable law.

Supporting Responsible Research

Interest in iboga and ibogaine has expanded considerably because of scientific research into their chemistry, pharmacology and potential therapeutic applications.

However, scientific interest does not eliminate the need for appropriate controls.

Our position is that research involving iboga-related materials should be conducted by appropriately qualified professionals within suitable legal, ethical and institutional frameworks.

We therefore aim to position Premium Ibogaine Merchant as a responsible research-oriented supplier rather than a general consumer retailer.
